One could describe Slava's cuisine as modern and creative.
As a perfect autodidact, Slava, the Chef makes you discover her associations, her seasonings, her cooking that come straight from her imagination. No school, no training and yet a strong culinary signature.
Born in Saint Petersburg, she grew up far from French gastronomic culture. Her studies as a biochemical engineer have certainly influenced her success in mixing flavours.
Antoine on the other hand is an entrepreneur at heart. His desire to be in contact with others, to discover what he has to offer and to please make you feel like you're at a friend's house when eating at Fleur de Sel.
Self-taught chef, Slava offers you, between Ypres, Courtrai and Lille, a delicate and refined gastronomic interlude.
Our cuisine is above all inspiration and sharing with the one and only objective: to please you through our passion and know-how, with the help of nature provided by a permaculturist from our town.
In our establishment,the kitchen is open. Just like in the theatre, seat in the front row and assist in the making of your meal by sharing your love of good food with us.

Our non-smoking, south-facing and quiet terrace welcomes you in fine weather to enjoy the sun's rays for an aperitif or a coffee.
